1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WW3 Chance ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our") at ww3chance.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
WW3 Chance is operated by Tileterra Systems. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of the Service.
2. Description of Service
WW3 Chance is a data aggregation and signal indexing platform that:
- Collects publicly available news from international media sources via RSS feeds
- Classifies and weights geopolitical events using automated AI analysis
- Computes a probabilistic index intended to represent the current density of escalatory signals globally
- Distributes this index via a public website, email notifications, Telegram alerts, and API access
The Service is provided for informational and research purposes only.
3. Not a Prediction or Intelligence Service
THE WW3 CHANCE INDEX IS NOT A PREDICTION, FORECAST, OR INTELLIGENCE ASSESSMENT. It is a weighted aggregation of publicly available news signals. Specifically:
- The index does not access classified, government, or restricted information
- The index does not predict future geopolitical events
- The index is not produced by military, intelligence, or government-affiliated analysts
- The probability figures displayed are mathematical model outputs, not expert assessments
- No representation is made that the index is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose
You must not rely on the Service for emergency preparedness, security decisions, investment decisions, or any action with material consequences.
4. Subscriptions, Payments and Cancellation
Paid subscription plans are available as described on the Subscribe page. By subscribing:
- You authorise recurring charges to your payment method at the selected billing interval
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You may cancel at any time via the self-service customer portal — no questions asked, no calls required
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then
- Refunds are available on a pro-rated basis within 7 days of a charge — contact [email protected]
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers
- API access is subject to fair use limits; abuse results in suspension without refund
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information. To manage your subscription, update payment details, or download invoices, use the customer portal.
5. API Access
Enterprise API subscribers receive an API key granting access to structured data endpoints. You agree to:
- Keep your API key confidential and not share it with third parties
- Not use the API to build competing services that resell our data without written permission
- Not use automated systems to circumvent rate limits
- Attribute WW3 Chance as the data source in any public-facing use of the data
We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations of these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The WW3 Chance index methodology, scoring system, website design, and branding are owned by Tileterra Systems. The underlying news content is owned by the respective publishers and accessed via public RSS feeds under fair use principles.
You may share the index score and link to the Service freely. You may not reproduce the Service's design, methodology documentation, or data feeds without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TILETERRA SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Spread misinformation by misrepresenting the index as official intelligence or government data
- Cause panic or public harm by presenting the index out of context
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data without a valid API subscription
- Circumvent access controls or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
